They were great at getting back to me fast and were flexible on appointment times. My whole deal took around 3 hours instead of the days I sometimes have had to negotiate in the past. Also, I was out of town and had to wait a week to drop off my trade-in and pick my car up and they were more than happy to accommodate. They helped me learn all the tech in my car as well. Will add pics of the new car once I take them, but I've had it almost a week now and am quite pleased. More
