On Thursday I received a mail notice of a recall. On Friday morning I called Hendrick Lexus and asked if the work could be done no later than Saturday as my wife and I were leaving on Monday for the On Friday morning I called Hendrick Lexus and asked if the work could be done no later than Saturday as my wife and I were leaving on Monday for the holiday. I was told to drop off the car at 1:20 on Friday and leave it to be done by Saturday. When I got to the dealership at the prescribed time I was directed to Alex Bousquet who I had never met before. Alex is very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He told me that if I could stay and wait he would have the work done and the car cleaned in about an hour. He was true to his word and, as a result, my wife and I will feel a lot more comfortable about driving to our daughter's for the holiday. More
