The Service writer,Alex, was very helpful and did everything he could do make an unpleasant experience with rodent damage to the wires of our IS 350 F Sport. Alex Bousquet was a wonderful service technician for my visit this past Saturday. I'd barely stepped out of my vehicle before Alex was introducing himself and asking how he could help me.
