Kathy Harmon and her team were professional and courteous. They inspected my car, found the problem, suggested solutions and solved the problem. My Lexus needed brake pads and and rotors resurfaced courteous. They inspected my car, found the problem, suggested solutions and solved the problem. My Lexus needed brake pads and and rotors resurfaced on the front and back. This job required a couple of hours work, so I was given a rental during that time. I had many errands to run that day. I was able to get all of business taken care of Wednesday instead of sitting in the dealership waisting time. It was a great day! Thank you Kathy! More

Two weeks later I found that the Nav Data was outdated and I was hoping to get it addressed by Upper Management. I have tried Six emails and a Certified Letter to Steve Strickland General Manager and Heather Ebernickle Guest Services Manager requesting communication all of which has to date gone unanswered. I received better customer service from Baker Cadillac (A J Geffert) purchasing a used Ford Focus for my son than I have so far from Hendrick Lexus of Charleston. Failing to at least discuss a concern with a customer is sadly bewildering. More
