Well the only reason it was 3 days is because it was a Saturday that we bought it at closing time and your dealership was closed on Sunday not to mention it was raining until Tuesday morning and that’s when we noticed the scratches all over the vehicle and it took multiple calls to get in touch with someone ! And to reference the law you are talking about , well it protects your dealership so more people don’t return their vehicles when they realize they been ripped off . Also you didn’t mention in your response to this review is that I told you my Attorney also stated that any dealership can cancel the deal ( IF THEY ARE DECENT ) anytime they want before the 1st payment has been made . But of course you don’t wanna loose the deal now do you ! This issue could’ve been handle with dignity from your dealership but instead you want to try to make even more money by telling us the only thing you can do for us is trade ( make even more money on us ) her out of this new vehicle back into her own car that she just traded for an an additional $7000 more than what her payoff was or trade her into another car that you have . When , if your dealership was honest and really cared about the customer and not the amount of cars you sell , just cancel the deal and all this would’ve been avoided. Instead you would rather be rude and not care about a customer because you’ve already made your money . We understand and would’ve had no problem paying a reasonable amount to your dealership for the mileage we put on this new vehicle since we live over 100 miles away . But you automatically went on the defensive and stated the state law and didn’t wanna come to a resolution. And before you even say something about your new car is technically used now , well it’s not it hasn’t been titled yet and you also have new vehicles there that have miles on then and are still new like your demo vehicles . This would be totally different outcome if you couldn’t get her financed , you would definitely want it back then . But we don’t wanna talk about financing… yet !
