I felt very comfortable in taking the car on the road afterwards first on the test drive, and later when he brought it to our house with a full tank of gas as a courtesy beyond what I expected. He spent over an hour with me to ensure that I understood the essential details of operating the car. About a week later, he gave me a follow up call to see if I had any questions. The showroom and other spaces were very attractive and all employees I encountered were friendly and accommodating. Mr. Souther made the paperwork as painless as possible.
