That is how my wife and I would describe our experience with our sales representative, Bob Schneider, and Hendrick Lexus of Charleston. Every question I asked was answered in a very straightforward and honest manner. I had done some research, but Bob pointed out additional features that would contribute to our comfort and vehicle drivability. We have been driving a competing brand of vehicle for quite a few years, which also were from a Hendrick dealership, so our expectation level was high to start with and we are happy to say it was exceeded.
