Horrible My dashboard was replaced due to warranty issue on 2004 RX330. It took almost a year to accomplish this and many phone calls. Told lies at every lev My dashboard was replaced due to warranty issue on 2004 RX330. It took almost a year to accomplish this and many phone calls. Told lies at every level until this past January when after complaining nationally and to the General Manager they finally had the part in inventory that would fit my car. Now the radio does not work. It just stopped, shows no power going to this area of the dash. No lighter, CD player, radio, no lights in that area. I was told I had an after market radio...NOT TRUE. Original radio that came with the car bought from the dealership. After Service guy suggested I take it to Best Buy or some other electronics play I demanded to see the Service Manager. She state she had been told incorrect information and would have them look at it. Now they want $960 to replace the radio. They see no connection between the two. Have driven and owned cars for over 40 years and have never had a radio to just QUIT. It works one day but not the next. This is not my first issue with this service department. Very condescending. They have lied for a year so why would they start telling the truth now. More

By the time I got to the dealership the vehicle had been sold. John was very nice and also understanding, I was mad! He talked with me and got some info from me. He would text me with updates on finding me the car I was searching for. I actually ended up with a different car than I was originally looking for, but am very pleased! I love my Lexus ct 200h!!!! I came in looking for a Honda Accord 2015, but it just didn't feel right, so I asked was there anything else he could show me and boy he sure did...A Toyota Avalon, Raymond is very knowledgeable in the work he does and very friendly too. I was hooked, he didn't pushed or pressured me, he explained all the details and made the process easy...Everyone I met treated me wonderful after I decided I was going to get the car they made everything as painless and easy for me to just drive the car off the lot. With the stock number, color of exterior, and interior in hand, I drove 2 hours to Charleston. I met a nice, no pressure, salesman. With all of my research on the car I wanted to see, Mr. Schneider spent just a few minutes in the dealership car lot to find me a better one!! I had LOTS of questions as I take purchasing a car as a serious decision and want to be sure I'm getting exactly what I think I need/want. He was never in a rush and went out of his way to make sure I had what I wanted. He even drove out of town, 2 hours away, to handle a request I had about my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sumter as your personal salesman. You will not be disappointed! More
