I feel like I was treated with respect and given a fair deal on my trade as well as the cost of the Prius that I was buying. Richie and the other associates that I dealt with here were consummate professionals, who knew how to keep the sales tone medium to low pressure while being positive and reassuring at the same time. The financing department also was able to get me a fantastic rate on a used car. For the first time in my life, I walked away from a car dealership feeling comfortable over the transaction that just happened. If you are looking for straight up folks to buy a car from, I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Lloyd is a wonderful person and a very knowledgeable salesman. I was very nervous about trading my 2005 RX 330, because I loved it so much. The car I drive is very important to me. I did not think I could love my new car as much as my old one, but I love it more. Lexus has made some outstanding upgrades to the new model. I want to thank Lexus of Charleston for being such a professional and outstanding dealership. They continue to stand above all the other dealers.
