We recently leased our sixth Lexus - needless to say we enjoy and appreciate the Lexus vehicles. Our first three Lexus cars were purchased while living in Cincinnati, so fifteen year ago when we entered our relatioship with Lexus of Charleston, we didn't know what to expect. The last two vehicles were purchased with Margo, and our experience has been extraordinary. She is informative, helpful, and honest - a great combination whenever making a major purchase! The addition of Danielle to her team adds a technical expert, especially helpful with the "over 50" crowd! Our service experience continues to be positive and pleasant. Each technician has been easy to work with, and most helpful with the needed maintenance and loaner cars available each time we bring the car in for service. Thank you, Margo, Danielle, and every member of the Lexus team for making our Lexus experience so wonderful! More
The typical 'used/pre-owned' car buying experience is probably somewhere between terrible, and needles in your eye. In an industry that is seemingly full of hard selling, cheap suit type sales people, it's refreshing to see that Lexus of Charleston has its act together. I walked in on a Saturday, unsure of what I even wanted to look at. Danielle Hershon did a fantastic job of listening to what was on my mind, and directed me to the appropriate options. The amount of knowledge that she had was really impressive. I don't know how anyone can remember so much about so many different individual cars. Mind boggling. She also did a great job hanging on while I test drove an is350c and sped around corners/highways...parking lots. She is very easy going, engaging, friendly, and extremely professional. She also laughed at my dad's terrible jokes. Hats off! When we came back on Monday to give it another spin, she carved out some time so we could get any other questions answered, and then scheduled another time later that day so we could take care of all the requisite paperwork. I really felt that the entire team came up to bat. I was introduced to the people in service, other sales people, the GSManager, and even the prior owner of my soon-to-be car. Service after the sale has been terrific. Danielle has been very thorough in making sure all of our items on our punchlist were taken care of, follow up emails, letters...etc. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. One thing that also bears mentioning is that my family has been getting their cars serviced at Lexus of Charleston for the past 7 years. Even though they purchased their cars out of state, they have never had a customer service ssue, and really felt taken care of all these years. This goes a long way. A new car is one thing. But when as that car ages, gains a lot of wear and tear on it, and needs repairs beyond routine maintenance: It's good to know that you will be taken care of. Thanks! More

He also filled out all the paperwork and carefully talked us through the procedure. We have had the vehicle for just over a month, and we are enjoying it. This was a little more than I could afford, but it was a gift to ourselves to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. More

We recently purchased a 2010 Lexus 450h from this dealership. It was without a doubt the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We knew exactly what we were looking for and contacted several deale dealership. It was without a doubt the easiest car purchase we have ever made. We knew exactly what we were looking for and contacted several dealerships by email initially. Although this dealership was a 5 hour drive for us, it was the only one that was willing to discuss price with us up front. Heather responded to my inquiry by email initially and then later we talked by phone. We were able to come to reasonable terms and had an agreement before we ever left home. When we arrived we met with Richie. He took us for a test drive and answered all our questions. He was very friendly in a low key casual way and there was no pressure to purchase. When we decided that we wanted to buy, he introduced us to Jeff who handled the paperwork. Jeff clearly explained the extra warranty options available to us without pressuring us at all to add to the pre-negotiated price of the vehicle. After that we headed to the car for a lesson in all the technology. I really wish I could remember the young man's name who helped me link my smartphone to the car and pre-set my driving options. Nice kid, very friendly and patient. It wasnt until I got home that I realized we didn't have a copy of the paperwork Richie did for us showing that the dealership would assume responsibility for a minor paint touch up we requested. I dreaded calling as truthfully we had already purchased the car and there wasn't much we could do about it after the fact. Reluctantly I emailed Ritchie to request a new copy. He called, apologized for the oversight and promptly sent me a new one! It's not fair to say there were no surprises when we purchased from Lexus of Charleston. There were plenty of surprises. And they were all good. We got exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. Without any of the hassle we have come to expect when buying a car. Kudos to Lexus of Charleston! Everyone we met was friendly and did a great job! More
