Very Pleased with my Sales Rep and Hendrick Lexus I located a 2016 GX 460 in Kansas that I was interested in. The car was located at a Hendricks Dealership in Kansas City so I contacted my sales rep, I located a 2016 GX 460 in Kansas that I was interested in. The car was located at a Hendricks Dealership in Kansas City so I contacted my sales rep, John Totaro, and he checked it out for me. He checked the history of the car and had it shipped to Charleston from Kansas City. The car was arrived in less than a week and when I picked it up it was spotless. I am thrilled with my purchase and very pleased with the attention and service John Totaro provided. This is my second purchase from Lexus of Charleston and it will not be my last! They go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied. More

Raymond presented himself in a most positive light considering the make and model of vehicle that I chose to purchase. His knowledge of the product was irreproachable. He did not lead me into situations that he may have been unsure of and did his research and supplied the answers I needed to make an informed decision toward purchase or moving on in my search. Today I have the highest respect for this man and would recommend him as a sales person (new or pre-owned) to any of my colleagues and or personal friends and or family. I had done a lot of my own research on both the 2017 and 2018 LS's, and concluded that getting the 2017 model was the best option for me at this time. Being analytically minded, what I needed was very specific information on the various payment options available, and the incentives attributable to each option. Linda Berry quickly and professionally provided all of the information I needed, and answered every question I had. I would recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a Lexus vehicle. More

Just had a spur of the moment question when Dane walked by and his follow up led to identifying an option we were not even aware of. Never felt pressured, always felt informed and support by Dane, Zephyr and others at closing time was professional, calm and never rushed. Will also say it all started with the service department. We prefer this service department to any other dealer I have dealt with, and though I was interested in other brands, wanting to deal with this service dept kept us looking on this lot for our next car. Costly incompetence!!! Once again bitten by the incompetence of another Hendrick Motors dealership!! For 2 + yrs we have waited for our new dashboard which was from Lexus' e Once again bitten by the incompetence of another Hendrick Motors dealership!! For 2 + yrs we have waited for our new dashboard which was from Lexus' extended warranty program, we called in periodically to see when we should expect to have our dashboard installed for over 2 yrs. only to learn (in 3 of those calls) that we were NOT on the list. Upon learning we were not on the list, we begged them to confirm that we are NOW ON THE LIST (despite each time being bumped to the back of the list). We just learned that after all that, we have missed the deadline by 1.5 months AND CANNOT BE ADDED TO THE LIST!!! Lexus USA will NOT allow us back on the list because Hendrick Lexus of Chas. says we did not have our RX350 serviced there. I told Lexus USA we don't use Hendrick Lexus, BMW, etc. because of their past incompetence. This is just another example. Thank you Hendrick Lexus and Thank you Lexus USA for sticking it to your customer. More
