Sumter was extremely knowledgeable about the different features on the different Lexus models and he knew exactly which cars to steer us toward. One of the greatest benefits for me was to be able to communicate with Sumter via email and text message during the pendency of the process. SO much better than playing phone tag! Sumter was immediately responsive to any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with.
