Always a great experience! I've worked with Bill Ferguson and Alex Levy in service on my 2016 LS and my wife's 2017 RX. Both are always a pleasure to work with. This is my 5th I've worked with Bill Ferguson and Alex Levy in service on my 2016 LS and my wife's 2017 RX. Both are always a pleasure to work with. This is my 5th LS460 - since my first in 2007. Lexus replaced the fuel rails under recall on my '07 when ethanol could cause issues and they replaced valve springs on my next LS when a tiny fraction of springs were prematurely failing. Their pursuit for perfection has always been a factor for reliability. I've dealt with Fred Bolchoz (recently retired) and Lloyd Walker in sales. I also enjoy interacting with Steve Weaver and Raymond Rhett. The general manager always stops to say hello and knows me by name. The atmosphere is sincere and friendly. These guys really like their jobs! More

My new Lexus I walked into the Showroom and immediately a very nice man, Lloyd Walker, asked if he could help me. I brought my 2013 Lexus in for service and I thou I walked into the Showroom and immediately a very nice man, Lloyd Walker, asked if he could help me. I brought my 2013 Lexus in for service and I thought maybe I need a newer Lexus. After driving several used cars I decided to drive a new SUV and that was the end of the story. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable especially Mr Walker. Thanks Lexus of Charleston!!! More
