Bad experience I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and had multiple issues. Although the salesperson tried to be helpful, I found the dealership to be I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and had multiple issues. Although the salesperson tried to be helpful, I found the dealership to be unprofessional and unresponsive. The finance manager got visible upset with me when I would not agree to his up-sell warranties on the vehicle. This is not a dealership that offers customer satisfaction. I expected more from a Lexus dealership and would never go back there to purchase another vehicle. More

I want to commend Jared Young as he truly helped me in a crisis when my car died in traffic. He was calm resourceful and helped me by staying beyond closing hours to provide me with a loner and set it up su crisis when my car died in traffic. Happy exp. Michael and Chris are very nice and professional Just bought 2019 Lexus RX350. Had nice experience with sale's rep Michael and technology specialist Chris Lowry. They are both very helpful, kind and Just bought 2019 Lexus RX350. Had nice experience with sale's rep Michael and technology specialist Chris Lowry. They are both very helpful, kind and professional. A small problem was that the car was not well prepared for pick up. We have to go back to dealer twice in a week after purchasing. First, the person, who did car cleaning, forgot to put floor mats back. The second was that the person, who added gas, forgot to close the cap. This has caused the warning of "Check engine" and "ICS malfunction". Thus, we had to go back to dealer again and waited for a couple of hours. Overall, we are happy.
