Above and beyond My Lexus Service center in Chantilly VA replaced my recalled fuel pump a couple of days before my trip with my family to Isle of Palm. On the way down My Lexus Service center in Chantilly VA replaced my recalled fuel pump a couple of days before my trip with my family to Isle of Palm. On the way down I noticed the fuel gauge wasn’t moving. I called the Hendricks Lexus Service Center while on the road July 11th. They were able to fit me in within a a few hours on a Saturday. My service consultant, Jared Young took care of us immediately, found my records online and had the car in the bay and diagnosed within an hour. The Virginia Service Center left a part off the repair. I was informed the part would be ordered Monday morning, delivered and repaired on Tuesday. Jared gave us a rental of a RX350 that I own. He told me to enjoy our vacation and not worry about the repair. We did and picked the car up the day before heading home. Jared made this a painless experience, especially since we were out of town on a trip,at the time. I would highly recommend Hendricks Lexus and their service center.
