Outstanding! I am not one to write reviews. However, Hendrick Lexus is Top Notch and deserves some acknowledgment. I brought in my old 2005 LS and Jared Young I am not one to write reviews. However, Hendrick Lexus is Top Notch and deserves some acknowledgment. I brought in my old 2005 LS and Jared Young and Andrew met me at my car as soon as I opened the door. They offered assistance without rush as I my cell phone interrupted their greeting. After my phone call, they led me into their office and treated me as though I was driving a 2020. Jared told me how the service should take place and what he and Andrew would do and what to expect. Plans went just as they described and I could not be happier with the service and effort put forth by the entire team. When I returned to pick up my LS, Jared and Andrew were at lunch and I did not get a chance to thank them. Thank you both! I cannot forget the gentleman who help me in their absence. I did not get his name, but he too, was very professional and treated me with genuine respect and not rushed. More
