They offered assistance without rush as I my cell phone interrupted their greeting. After my phone call, they led me into their office and treated me as though I was driving a 2020. Jared told me how the service should take place and what he and Andrew would do and what to expect. Plans went just as they described and I could not be happier with the service and effort put forth by the entire team. When I returned to pick up my LS, Jared and Andrew were at lunch and I did not get a chance to thank them. Thank you both! I cannot forget the gentleman who help me in their absence.
