Thanks to Mr. Wilbur Wiggins my husband is happy with the recent purchase of a new car. We had looked at Hendrick Lexus about a month ago and after not finding anything elsewhere, we reached back out to Mr. recent purchase of a new car. He listened to my husband's wish list and immediately had several cars for us to check out. My husband looked one day and had me go back the next day to confer. Mr. Wiggins has a great personality, is very welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and professional while showing cars and negotiating a deal. I've never had a nicer experience purchasing a car. It takes a while to tie up all the details but Mr. Wiggins made it go by faster by keeping us informed and updated as we went through the process. I rarely write reviews but I would be remiss if I didn't write about my experience last week. I actually felt like my family was taking care of me and get this...my granddaughter as well. Even my fellow Lexustonians (a made up name for fellow Lexus owners)😀were very appeasing. What a family oriented environment. When you are paying a thousand or more dollars on a well needed service, it was a pleasure for me to pay for such extraordinary customer service from each employee that I came in contact with. First let me start with the lady at the front desk. What a gem! Her infectious joyful personality, not only welcomed me ,but my 5 year old grand daughter as well. She(Kathy) immediately gained such a pleasant rapport that my granddaughter has asked me several times when are we going back? Also one of your employees observed my granddaughter reading her Dick and Jane book and started sharing his memories of the characters in the book. I smiled soo much as they talked about Spot, Puff, Dick and Jane. She had the biggest smile on her face conversing with him. He even shared a story with her about 3 jars. She sat and listened so intensely like he was Santa Claus. Her eyes wide open and her smile was ear to ear. Wilbur was also instrumental in making my our visit pleasant. His southern charm and professionalism is something that should be shared when training your employees. It really makes a difference to have such warm, caring and professional people at Lexus I want to take time to recognize everyone that greeted and assisted us.
