I went by Hendrix Lexus in Charlston late Saturday afternoon to look at some SUVs. Mr. Wilbur Wiggins greeted me upon my arrival and was very easy to work with. I think Mr. Wiggins went above the cal afternoon to look at some SUVs. Mr. Wilbur Wiggins greeted me upon my arrival and was very easy to work with. I think Mr. Wiggins went above the call of duty because he followed up with me on Saturday evening, Sunday on this day off and Monday on his day off. It is hard to find that type of service these days. The only issue I had is their service department took over 4 1/2 hours to process the purchase, even though I had an appointment and had to come from out of town.
