My Sales Representative, Mr. Raymond Rhett, exceeded my expectations, thoroughly...from his initial call back to ensuring I had every desired feature that was important to me as a mother of young children, to transferring my desired vehicle from another Hendrick location to working with me given my husband's crazy work schedule to safely and securely processing our loan documents to initiating the easiest trade-in I've ever had to the hand-written thank you card we received in the mail. From start to finish, the process was incredible! With purchasing an older model vehicle, Raymond never, ever made me feel as though my purchase was less than any other. Although I purchased a 2010, he treated me as though I purchased the newest 2022 model off the showroom floor! Truly, we couldn't have asked for a better buying experience with a better Sales Rep. In signing our loan documents, I had the pleasure of working with David Wagoner who was awesome in answering all of my questions and helping ensure we came to warranty terms that worked best for ME! Matt Murphy was amazing in helping set up and explain my technology features before driving away. My new-to-me baby drives like a charm and every time I drive my car, I smile!
