Worked with Bill Ferguson in service it was 5:40 the service was closing at 6:00. I had a flat tire and riding on the spare. I wanted to find out if was safe to ride on the spare. I called Bill Ferguson to schedule an appointment before and found him to be courteous, polite and professional. My car needed service again so I contacted him last week to schedule again. When I arrive yes and found him to be courteous, polite and professional. My car needed service again so I contacted him last week to schedule again. When I arrive yesterday, he immediately greeted me and had a loaner ready for me to drive. I was told that the car should be ready about 3:00. About 12:30, I received a call saying my car was ready if I wanted to come early. Given my busy schedule, I welcomed the opportunity.
