We have exclusively used Hendrick Lexus Charleston since moving to the area over 10 years ago and have always been pleased. Alex Bousquet was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Our daughter and son-in-law moving to the area over 10 years ago and have always been pleased. Alex Bousquet was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Our daughter and son-in-law live in another state and recently had a problem with their Lexus. We encouraged them to take the car to Hendrick. The problem was corrected, and the service team stayed in constant contact, knowing they needed to return home. Since then, they maintain that Hendrick Lexus is the gold standard of car dealerships, which is high praise from two engineers! More
