Scheduled an appointment on-line to address two problems. The first was address a warning message to "Check Fuel Cap" and the second was the TPMS warning light. In addition I requested that they perform the annual state mandated inspection. A diagnostic was performed and recommended a purge valve and Fuel Cap to correct the problems When I picked up the vehicle the TPMS warning light was still on. The service representative had a technician check the vehicle again and recommended that a TPMS sensor in the driver side rear tire required replacement at a cost of $254 in addition to the $476 I had already paid. They could not explain why this was identified during the initial diagnostic. There appears to be a lack of communication, attention to details, or follow thru between the service representatives and technicians. More
