No one enjoys sitting and waiting for your vehicles service to be completed. However, dealing with Hendricks Honda in Charlotte is very comfortable. My service Rep Austin is a a complete pleasure to deal with. He regularly keeps you apprised of the status and explains all service tasks in detail.
