I have just purchased my fifth Honda Civic from Hendrick Honda dealerships , but this was my first encounter with Hendrick Honda in Charlotte. I needed to get a replacement vehicle for my daughter because she unfortunately had a wreck and since her previous car was a Honda Civic Sport, I decided to get the same model car. I purchased her last c because she unfortunately had a wreck and since her previous car was a Honda Civic Sport, I decided to get the same model car. I purchased her last car from another Honda dealership in Charlotte but their selection was slim this time. I browsed the vast selection at Hendrick Honda and found the vehicle that was best suited for my daughter. I reached out to Hendrick and got a quick response from Colby, a sales associate. She was very helpful, professional and courteous from beginning to end. She took the time to send me a list of available vehicles and she also let me know upfront that due to a recall, the first Honda Civic I was interested in was not salable. This definitely save me the frustration and time from going to the dealership and the vehicle that I wanted wasn’t available. I went to the dealership the same day and even though Colby was busy with a different customer, she had Carter work with me. Carter was very professional, courteous and helpful also. I told Carter what vehicle I was interested in and we quickly did the test drive. After the test drive, the negotiations went smoothly and Carter didn’t waste my time with games, high pressure sales tactics; it was straight business. I really appreciate the entire team that helped me, from the sales associates, sales manager and finance manager. My daughter is definitely happy with her car and we’re happy that everything with our visit and sales experience went perfect. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda and if I’m in the market again then I’ll be sure to make this my first stop. More
