Within 48 hours we reached an agreement. It was seamless. Finally, Tanner Fisher worked with me in the finance office. He was transparent and understood what my needs were and wasn’t pushing product for the sake of pushing product. Scheduled an appointment on-line to address two problems. The first was address a warning message to "Check Fuel Cap" and the second was the TPMS warning light. In addition I requested that they perform the annual state mandated inspection. A diagnostic was performed and recommended a purge valve and Fuel Cap to correct the problems When I picked up the vehicle the TPMS warning light was still on. The service representative had a technician check the vehicle again and recommended that a TPMS sensor in the driver side rear tire required replacement at a cost of $254 in addition to the $476 I had already paid. They could not explain why this was identified during the initial diagnostic. There appears to be a lack of communication, attention to details, or follow thru between the service representatives and technicians. More
