I had been researching my lease as the term was ending. I had shopped some other dealerships and not had the best experiences. I began working a deal with Marcus Covington and his sales manager Nathan Harr I had shopped some other dealerships and not had the best experiences. I began working a deal with Marcus Covington and his sales manager Nathan Harris. They knew what I was looking for, we exchanged a few emails working out the deal, both Nathan and Marcus were honest and open about inventory and the basic add-ons. Within 48 hours we reached an agreement. It was seamless. Finally, Tanner Fisher worked with me in the finance office. He was transparent and understood what my needs were and wasn’t pushing product for the sake of pushing product. Hendrick Honda have earned a customer for as long as I am in the greater Charlotte area. I cannot praise them enough. More

Scheduled an appointment on-line to address two problems. The first was address a warning message to "Check Fuel Cap" and the second was the TPMS warning light. In addition I requested that they perform th The first was address a warning message to "Check Fuel Cap" and the second was the TPMS warning light. In addition I requested that they perform the annual state mandated inspection. A diagnostic was performed and recommended a purge valve and Fuel Cap to correct the problems When I picked up the vehicle the TPMS warning light was still on. The service representative had a technician check the vehicle again and recommended that a TPMS sensor in the driver side rear tire required replacement at a cost of $254 in addition to the $476 I had already paid. They could not explain why this was identified during the initial diagnostic. There appears to be a lack of communication, attention to details, or follow thru between the service representatives and technicians. More
I have been dealing with Henrick Honda since 2014 and always went away feeling totally satisfied.
