Disorganized and Chaotic Service Experience My experience with Hendrick Honda has been frustrating, to say the least. The service department is chaotic and disorganized. I had trouble getting calls returned, and the staff often seemed unsure about the status of my vehicle. I also had questions regarding my refinance and a payment that had been incorrectly posted. Jim L. was out of the office on Monday and Tuesday, but this wasn’t communicated to the staff or those leaving messages for him, leaving my calls unanswered. Malachi, while understandably busy, also failed to return my call. My vehicle went in for certification, and I had a scheduled appointment the following Monday to address an issue with the tire. I tried to get the tire looked at during the certification process, but despite my efforts, it wasn’t done. Finally, on Wednesday, 09/18, I received a call from Jim informing me that I would need to pay for a new tire and alignment. This was extremely frustrating, as the tire issue had been overlooked during several service appointments and multiple air fill-ups. It was only after my car was certified—and after I refused to pay for additional services related to the tire—that the issue was finally addressed. My CRV has less than 30,000 miles, and at this point, I feel it would’ve been better to go directly through the tire company’s warranty or through Discount Tire. Jennifer Gagnon was my service advisor, but overall, the communication and service process were disappointing. More
