We purchased a 2024 Odyssey Van today from Hendrick Honda South Blvd in Charlotte, NC. I have never liked having to deal with car dealers and they always left a bad impression for the most part. Ricky should also be recognized and commended for taking time from his day by staying with us the entire time to support and help in any way he could when we got into an accident with our current vehicle when leaving the dealership lot to go grab lunch while our new van was being readied for us. His kindness and consideration made our day and we were beyond impressed and so thankful for his understanding and compassion. We really appreciate him and all he did for us. That truly is going above and beyond for a customer in my book.
