Same review I just posted on Google. This a bit long. I purchased my 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. Prior to that, I literally went online to every This a bit long. I purchased my 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. Prior to that, I literally went online to every Honda dealership in NC looking to see what they had and if real time pics of what I was looking for and not just stock photos. This is apparently a popular model as most did not have the Trailsport Elite in stock or they were in transit. Finally decided to go to Hendrick in Charlotte as it's not very far from my home. They had two in stock. One was an orange one (looks much better in person than online) with the blackout package and a white one with the blackout package. Never owned a white car before but the blackout makes it pop. Oh, prior to going I received a call from Brian N and let him know I would be coming in. He met me and then introduced me to the salesperson Will M. I also had quotes on my Ford Bronco from CarMax and Kelly Blue Book. I'm leaving a lot of the details out, but Brian and Will were both great. Both 5 stars. We didn't hit a stumbling block, but there was a decision to be made by me on what I wanted to do as I was waffling between the onsite White one and another that was at another Hendrick dealership. Brian said no issue having it transferred here. Then the more I thought about it the more I wanted the white one and Brian worked me on that and made it a good deal for both of us. Also made a good offer on my trade that was higher than CarMax or KBB. Yes, I could have sold it on my own but just was not up for that. They could not locate the 2nd key fob and did not have that particular blank in stock so that had to be ordered. I also went back several days later and worked with Adair in Finance on the extended warranty. This is where I expected my good experience to all fall apart. But she made it beyond easy, painless and a very nice person. These are the things that will bring me back and recommend Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. Now I only hope I have the same experience when I need to have it serviced. Without a doubt, the dealership is only as good as their service department. So huge shout-outs to Brian, Will and Adair!!!! Again, ALL are 5 stars! Almost forgot, another excellent employee is Madison. She works the front desk and the first contact you may have at Hendrick when walking through the door and that is where you want a good rep. Very nice and attentive! More
