Mr. McCullough is the consummate professional. He is extraordinary courteous and respectful. While speaking with you, he gives you his undivided attention to the point that you feel that your car is th extraordinary courteous and respectful. Mr. McCullough keeps you apprised of the progress of the repairs on your car on a regular basis. He successfully negotiated an increase in the dollar amount for the car repair due to his excellent working relationship with my car insurance company. Finally, and most importantly, the repairs performed not only met but exceeded my expectations. Given the warranty on the repairs, and the opportunity to interact with Mr. MuCullough in the future if necessary, I don't know why anyone would choose to have their car repaired anywhere else. More

The amount of time this job took was considerably longer than Mr. McCullough had planned because he became ill during the time. When he returned to work, he assured me that the job would be finished under his supervision in a short time, but that he wanted me to be happy with the results. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle looked great, and to cover any extra expense I had incurred because of the extended time. I am very happy with Mr. McCullough's handling of our repairs, and would highly recommend Hendrick Honda AND Mr. McCullough to anyone I meet who may need this service. Thanks for a job well done! What made me a Hendrick Honda fan for life, was my return visit recently which was one more out of necessity/desperation than want. Unfortunately the last year has been extremely difficult, financially, so it was necessary for me to downgrade vehicles. Gus and his team, again, went above and beyond to ensure I was put in a vehicle that fit my needs/current situation, all the while treating me like I was their largest sale of the month! More

I purchased my 2003 Honda Odyssey at Hendrick Honda back in January of 2003. I have always had the car serviced there, and in fact due to the level of service that I have ALWAYS received from Tommy Vickery in January of 2003. I have always had the car serviced there, and in fact due to the level of service that I have ALWAYS received from Tommy Vickery, I traveled more than 25 miles to continue service even after my job was no longer close to the service area which had made it convenient. Throughout the years, Tommy has been honest, upfront, and reasonable with me regarding the service of my vehicle. There have been times that they recommended something that may have been recommended, but he was honest enough to tell me that it wasn't necessarily needed at that point. In the long run, he saved me money on my vehicle, and I trusted him entirely. Most recently, I have problems with the transmission while I was out of town, and Tommy went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of by directing me to another dealership that was local to my location, and followed-up with me after the fact to make sure that I was taken care of. Now that's what I call customer service! More
