The service dept for every non-Honda I've owned in the past 10 years (Infiniti, BMW, Mini) has driven me back to Honda because Hendrick's service dept is efficient, well-run, responsive to our schedule and our budget. Most importantly, the service advisor, Dan Cannon, is trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient, and HE is the #1 reason we have 2 Hondas in our driveway. Moreover, our daughter drives our first 1998 Accord, and she calls Dan from Phoenix to ask his advice on how to keep her Accord running. Because of Dan's outstanding service and the excellent craftsmanship of the Honda product, we always focus on whether there is a Honda model that will fit our needs.
