I recently had another great experience at Hendrick Honda - South Blvd! I scheduled my oil change/tire check appointment with Andrea Bedoya and the Service Tech was Micah. One of my tires kept losing air and - South Blvd! I scheduled my oil change/tire check appointment with Andrea Bedoya and the Service Tech was Micah. One of my tires kept losing air and Micah discovered that a tire needed to be replaced. It was patched before but was leaking again and she showed me by sending me a very cool video of the entire Oil change/car inspection! I had no idea they did this now! What an Awesome idea! It gives the Customer a view at what they do and check for and this gives reassurance of the quality care they take the time to give. I was happy I needed to replace only the one tire. Other dealerships try to push you to buy all new tires or a pair, but Andrea said I only needed to replace the one- that shows a lot about their honesty and I'm so grateful for that!
