We had been looking for a Honda Pilot and had visited several other dealerships in the Hickory/ Charlotte area including lots of internet research. Tony was very knowledgeable about the Pilot and had good suggestions during our test drive to show off the Pilot's driving features. Tony demonstrated a real willingness and care to meet our needs in purchasing a vehicle. The whole Hendrick Honda Team is exceptional. Everyone there could GIVE lessons on customer service. Perfection! Tony called us after our purchase to make sure that all was well. The Hendrick team showed courtesy and respect throughout the whole process even ensuring that minor repairs to the used vehicle were rectified.
