I have had my vehicles serviced at Hendrick Honda, South Blvd since I purchased my first CRV in 2005. I leased a 2008 CRV from them and loved it. I was approached by the dealership regarding a trade up to Blvd since I purchased my first CRV in 2005. I leased a 2008 CRV from them and loved it. I was approached by the dealership regarding a trade up to a 2011 and was extremely pleased with the deal which involved lower payments and decreased lease time. My experiences have always been great at Hendrick Honda but this latest one was over the top excellent! The paperwork was pretty close to effortless, my new CRV was beautiful and Sean, Ellis and Charles could not have been kinder, more accomodating or friendlier. We were greeted by Dennis Lee with a very positive response to our need of a new car. He encouraged us that we could find what we were looking for and that he would help us to do that. I would never recommend hendrick honda to anybody ever, I should have trusted online reviews and gone to crown honda instead. I was very pleased with my sales person. Richard was very pleasant and not aggressive with me to make a decision right away. He was very patient and understood my needs and what I was looking for. I live about 60 miles from the dealership, and I was very impressed that Richard called me the next day to see how my ride home was in my new car, and also asked what my daughter and other family members thought.
