I was very pleased taking my vehicle into Hendrick Honda Collision Center. They called me back right away when I faxed in my insurance adjusters estimate to set things up. It is very convenient that there is an Enterprise Rent a Car office right there in the same building. It was no hassle turning in my vehicle and then picking up the rental car the morning I went. Darron McCullough was the employee who worked on my car and I must say he did a great job. My front inside and out had extensive damage from hitting a deer and he repaired it where it looks better than new. It really does look great and his work shows his pride and talent. He was also very good about calling me periodically to let me know what was going on throughout the whole time. He even got my vehicle back to me about 5 days earlier than it was quoted. They also seemed to work well with my insurance company and that went very smoothly. I didn't comment on the price because I don't really know too much on what is great or bad. I gave the customer service a good but it wasn't because of Darron. I would highly recommended to anyone the Collision Center and Darron. More

Mr. McCullough is the consummate professional. He is extraordinary courteous and respectful. While speaking with you, he gives you his undivided attention to the point that you feel that your car is th extraordinary courteous and respectful. Mr. McCullough keeps you apprised of the progress of the repairs on your car on a regular basis. He successfully negotiated an increase in the dollar amount for the car repair due to his excellent working relationship with my car insurance company. Finally, and most importantly, the repairs performed not only met but exceeded my expectations. Given the warranty on the repairs, and the opportunity to interact with Mr. MuCullough in the future if necessary, I don't know why anyone would choose to have their car repaired anywhere else. More

The amount of time this job took was considerably longer than Mr. McCullough had planned because he became ill during the time. When he returned to work, he assured me that the job would be finished under his supervision in a short time, but that he wanted me to be happy with the results. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle looked great, and to cover any extra expense I had incurred because of the extended time. What made me a Hendrick Honda fan for life, was my return visit recently which was one more out of necessity/desperation than want. Unfortunately the last year has been extremely difficult, financially, so it was necessary for me to downgrade vehicles. Gus and his team, again, went above and beyond to ensure I was put in a vehicle that fit my needs/current situation, all the while treating me like I was their largest sale of the month! More
