Parts Department guy was rude! I went into the parts department for fluid and a filter for a transmission flush and the guy behind the counter was just plain rude! He was also rude I went into the parts department for fluid and a filter for a transmission flush and the guy behind the counter was just plain rude! He was also rude to the guy in front of me. I should have just left right then! He acted like it was a complete inconvenience to help me at all. The only reason I went to Hendrick was because I was in the area and had to pass it to get home. But I will just deal with Honda of Rock Hill for my parts in the future. More
