I was interested in a CRV and he was able to help me narrow down the best one for me. I've driven Volvos for 28 years, so I wasn't sure what I wanted to do since I hadn't been to Volvo yet. I went back two days later, on my way to Volvo, to see what they would trade my car in for. Chip showed me a CRV that just came off the truck, made a great deal, and I never made it to Volvo. Chip has a great personality and does not push you to buy anything. He knows what he's selling, explains the car to you, and is still available at any time by phone or by coming by to help you learn your car more. More
