He checked my Honda Pilot right in and discovered two recalls that I have forgotten. He took care of those so that I did not have to make another appointment, along with my other services in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The hospitality was such a pleasant experience with complimentary popcorn, water, coffee , TVs, and wifi that I didn't even think of the wait time. Excellent service as always! I brought my 2014 Accord Sport in for the regularly scheduled maintenance on Tuesday morning. I was greeted by Don Gunn and he quickly went over what I brought my 2014 Accord Sport in for the regularly scheduled maintenance on Tuesday morning. I was greeted by Don Gunn and he quickly went over what would be covered by the technician. The waiting room is super clean, free coffee, popcorn, nice restrooms. Overall, if you are waiting this is the place to be. Did I mention free WiFi. My car was serviced quickly and Don had me back on the road in hardly any time at all. More

I always look forward to letting Dan manage my service visits because knows the history of every vehicle in my family better than I do, he always recommends the appropriate services, and ensures that all services and repairs are handled in a timely manner. Furthermore, Dan always lets me know in advance if he believes I might have to wait (if so I either get a complementary ride or simply enjoy the coffee and wifi in the waiting area) - and if I do leave a vehicle for a scheduled service Danny always calls to confirm his estimate before any 'surprise' work is done...he then patiently explains complex (and/or simple) repairs, and checks with his Parts Dept to make sure any required parts are in stock so I will not be burdened with unexpected delays.
