Hendrick Honda

My wife and I were considering purchasing a "new" 2011 Honda Element, but had never test driven one. We discovered they are in very short supply and have been discontinued by Honda effective fo "new" 2011 Honda Element, but had never test driven one. Since local Honda dealers weren't showing any new Elements in their on-line inventory, I called Hendrick to see about testing a "used" Element, just to make sure we really wanted to pursue trying to locate a new one. I spoke to Hendrick salesperson Butch Walters when I called to schedule a test drive. Butch was very professional and helpful in letting us "try out" two used models. We eventually decided to purchase an "almost new" 2011 Element with only 2200 miles. Butch was very easy to work with and allowed us to come to a decision without any high pressure. We were also impressed with the other folks that assisted us during our three visits to Hendrick: Dorian Gordon and Gabe Dragel. More
