Great personalized service ! I went on-line on 7/4/15 and saw a used car ( i am purchasing for my daughter) at Hendrick Honda listed that fit my budget and it was the car i was re I went on-line on 7/4/15 and saw a used car ( i am purchasing for my daughter) at Hendrick Honda listed that fit my budget and it was the car i was recommended to get by my insurance company.I left my name and phone number on-line and within 2 hours i was called and told that the car had just been traded in the night before ( therefore it had not even been through their service dept to get checked out ) but they told me that i was welcome to come anyway and see the car and if i wanted it i could put a non-binding down payment on it ( pending inspection ). I went their and met Mr Nidal Hindi at the front door .He was a very pleasant man who did not put any pressure on me and took me around and showed me a few other cars for comparison and then showed the car i was interested in . I wanted that car and they let me hold it till it passed inspection the following Monday . They were very GOOD/FAIR about the final price . They made sure everything was working and kept it an extra day to make sure. I have two more daughters and i plan to go back to this same dealer when their time comes for a used car. More

He was knowledgeable, but also willing to educate the customer. He was friendly and courteous, but not the fake kind. He was genuinely happy to help me, and made my 6yo feel most welcome. I have never had a better experience at any service department, in the 20 years I've been a licensed driver. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE get a Jim Burrows experience at Hendrick Honda. Excellent Quick Repeat Buying Process I went in to have my car service. I have wanted a Crosstour for awhile. However, I was waiting for another year.
