Great Experience! I had just moved to Charlotte recently, and had some issues with my AC as well as a needed oil change. My experience at Hendrick Honda was flawless! Really!! From my first call to driving off in my new Honda, I felt like everyone at Hendrick Honda wanted to help me. I spoke with Andrew Patteson on the phone, when I got there they were expecting me. Stephen Bagwell wrote up and closed my deal. He informed me every step of the way. He was patient in answering all of my questions and helped me set up my radio and phone! I felt like he went above and beyond. A great place! I have always appreciated the professionalism and great service I receive when I take my Honda in for service. My service rep, Don, is always nice an I have always appreciated the professionalism and great service I receive when I take my Honda in for service. My service rep, Don, is always nice and helpful. The waiting room is nice with plenty of seating, several TV's to watch, Internet, snacks available, etc,". Don gives me updates, letting me know the progress on my car. And most important to me, is I have never felt "ripped off'" there. Don is truthful and doesn't try to add on unnecessary services. I highly recommend this dealership. More
