Hendrick Honda

I bought one of many of my Honda's from Hendrick 10 years ago. I loved this car more than words can express. It took me on many journey's both good and bad. So, when I learned that it was time to let it go, I decided that Hendrick Honda was the place to return to purchase my new Accord. Gus Forbes is a special person who understands the needs of the buyer and to someone like me who is attached to the old vehicle. He and Jess Johnson made this an easy transition for me, because it was definately emotional. I would recommed Hendrick to anyone at any time. My overall experience was extremely positive. Richard was extremely professional during the entire process and my wife and I never felt that we were being pressured in any way. I have had my vehicles serviced at Hendrick Honda, South Blvd since I purchased my first CRV in 2005. I leased a 2008 CRV from them and loved it. I was approached by the dealership regarding a trade up to Blvd since I purchased my first CRV in 2005. I leased a 2008 CRV from them and loved it. I was approached by the dealership regarding a trade up to a 2011 and was extremely pleased with the deal which involved lower payments and decreased lease time. My experiences have always been great at Hendrick Honda but this latest one was over the top excellent! The paperwork was pretty close to effortless, my new CRV was beautiful and Sean, Ellis and Charles could not have been kinder, more accomodating or friendlier. We were greeted by Dennis Lee with a very positive response to our need of a new car. He encouraged us that we could find what we were looking for and that he would help us to do that. I would never recommend hendrick honda to anybody ever, I should have trusted online reviews and gone to crown honda instead. I have always had excellent experiences at Hendrick Honda. Brent Bell is a very attentive sales rep who listens to his clients. I have been treated well by all depts.
