Got the car we were looking for and got a good deal on our trade-in. In hindsight, I would like to have tried to talk the price of the car down a little more, but that was all my fault, not the salesman' our trade-in. Butch spent an inordinately large amount of time with my wife and I reviewing several models and test driving. It matched exactly what we needed / wanted, including aspects we hadn't specifcally mentioned but he gleaned from our discussion. (As he pointed this out to us). Through all of this he was never pushy or tried to hard sell us. His professionalism and impressive knowledge about multiple makes, models and even years was invaluable. He managed to make this process actually enjoyable for the first time ever. Then we got to Kelly Jo. We already had our financing covered and thought I had a decent deal. That was until Butch got Kelly Jo involved and got us a rate 1/3 less. Our time talking with her was like meeting family. Even the financing was a pleasure due to working with her. More
