Tony Howsare in Sales sold us both o This is the second time my husband and I have bought a vehicle at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. Tony Howsare in Sales sold us both of these vehicles-the first one after my Financial Adviso,r Matthew McRee with Ameriprise in Blythewood, SC, told us how great this dealership AND Tony are. From quality inventory for all vehicle price ranges to superb customer customer service from those in Sales with Tony (Nate Pearson, Carlos) to those in Finance particularly Dorian Gordon; this dealership is the best we have met up with after 41 years of marriage! My first purchase in 2012 of my dream retirement car, a Honda Odyssey to hold 5 grandchildren, brought us to Tony Howsare who should teach sales people all over the world and in many companies how to sale with the very best customer service we have ever seen. Tony KNOWS his cars and demonstrates an obvious passion for finding the right vehicle for his customers. With Nate Pearson's assistance, my husband and I felt like we were doing business with family members. Dorian Gordon in Finance spent much time with us in finding the best options for paying for my second Honda Odyssey after the first one was totaled by another driver. service advisor Kyle Blagg I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check and adjust the tire pressure if necessary. The 2014 Accord EX c I went to Hendrick Honda for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that they check and adjust the tire pressure if necessary. The 2014 Accord EX coupe has nitrogen inflated tires and the low tire pressure light has never come on. As I am driving home I notice a light lit up on the dashboard that I had never seen before. After I got home I checked the owners manual to find out what the light indicated, it was the low tire pressure light. I had to go back to Hendrick Honda in a driving rain storm and inform the service advisor Kyle Blagg that the low tire pressure light is on. He takes the car back to the service dept. and when he comes back says all the tires were 25psi and they should be 33psi , making it seem like it was somehow my fault.The low tire pressure light was not on when I entered the service department, and had never come on before in the 13 months that I have owned the car. Mr. Blagg never offered an apology for the service dept. allowing my car to leave the dealership with under inflated tires and the low tire pressure light on. I told Mr. Blagg I expected Hendrick Honda's service dept. to be better than that and his dismissive response was "your car is parked out front" and he turned and walked away. The service technician's error was compounded when Mr. Blagg chose to take on an arrogant demeanor instead of saying something like I'm sorry this happened or I'm sorry for the in convenience, had he done that, I would never have written this review. Deceptive practices I bought a car there 5 and a half years ago. I called back 2 hours after buying the car and told the person who did my financing and sold me an extend I bought a car there 5 and a half years ago. I called back 2 hours after buying the car and told the person who did my financing and sold me an extended warranty that i no longer wanted the exrended warranty. He said tye loan had been made and that he would cancel the extended warranty and i would get the money back when the loan was paid off. The extended warranty was never cancelled and that person no longer works there. $2000 More
