Melissa Evans, who sold me a 2012 Accord in early December, is a superb sales agent - friendly, smart, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. In the service department, Scott Wendel has provided assistance to me on several occasions regarding my previous Accord. He, also, is friendly, smart, knowledgeable, efficient. I couldn't ask for two individuals who make automobile buying and servicing more satisfying. More

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Honda CRV for her and traded in our 2005 CRV (which we also purchased from Hendrick Honda)and unlike many car buying experiences, this one was very pleasant and hassle-fre traded in our 2005 CRV (which we also purchased from Hendrick Honda)and unlike many car buying experiences, this one was very pleasant and hassle-free. We visited before Christmas to inquire about the new CRVs and worked with Ellis McDowell, who informed us about the status of the new CRVs and showed us a 2011 Pilot, which we took for a test drive. We decided to wait and see the new CRV, and after Christmas we received a call that you had received several and invited us to come look at them. Joseph Garmati assisted us on our second visit and did a great job of describing all the features and options of the new car, and took us for a test drive. We loved the car, but decided we wanted a AWD with navigation in the green color, which you didn't have. Sean McLane spoke with us and got involved in our deal, helping to quickly find the vehicle we wanted and take care of some other special requests we had to add side molding, the car mat package and luggage rails. Joseph and Sean were also very fair and professional in arriving at a trade in price for our 2005 SUV. We decided to purchase and somehow Sean was able to quickly get the car we wanted even though other customers were also seeking the same one because it was a newly released model. We finalized our deal with Charles Beard, who did an excellent job of explaining the extra warranty and maintenance plans that you offer - without any pressure or slick tactics to get us to buy something we didn't want. (We decided to buy both a warranty and maintenance plan.) So, overall, it was a great experience and we appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of your team members from start to finish. We've been loyal customers of Hendrick Honda since 1992 and this is the sixth vehicle we've purchased from you. I dropped my car off with Hendrick Honda Collision, based on my insurance company’s recommendation. The drop-off through Progressive was seamless and they were able to get me into a rental car quickly and ea on my insurance company’s recommendation. The drop-off through Progressive was seamless and they were able to get me into a rental car quickly and easily. The problems occurred when the car was supposedly "ready". The collision department called me two days after I had dropped the vehicle off and told me my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 11:00 AM. I showed up to pick my vehicle up at noon that day and they explained that my paperwork was not ready. I took a seat and waited on them to get the paperwork together. As I was waiting the receptionists seemed to have alot of questions about how things were priced out and had trouble "tweaking" the bill. When they finally called me up to check out they told me to pay them my deductible and "sign here". I told them I wasn't signing anything until someone walked me through what was done to the car and what I'm being charged for since there had been so much confusion about the bill. They called Joe Faircloth to come over and walk through the repairs with me. He then explained "well I was meaning to talk to you about this, one of the parts hasn't come in and we are still waiting on it before we can fully fix your vehicle". Thank goodness I had asked for someone to walk me through what I was paying for, because I could've easily walked off that lot not knowing any additional work was needed. Joe didn't seem to understand why I would be uncomfortable paying and signing for something that was not actually done, but he agreed to write on the bill that we both understand the part is coming in the following Tuesday and at that time he would contact me to pick the vehicle up and finish the job. The following Tuesday went by and I did not receive a call from Joe to give me any kind of update. Then Wednesday went by....still no call or update, so finally on Thursday I called him to find out the status of the part and to get an update on the progress. He said "The part is in". Once again, thank goodness I called and did my part to expedite the process, it's just sad that Joe and the Hendrick Honda Collision center didn't do theirs. Some tips for future visitors to the Collision Center, 1) Always have them walk you through your bill and show you the repairs they have made. 2) They will charge you $37.00 to Vacuum the inside of your car and call it a "deluxe cleaning", yet I still have finger prints on all the windows. 3) I'd skip this dealership all together for any car buying, servicing or collision needs. I'd been working with Andrew for a few months prior to the approaching expiration of my lease. During our appointment, he'd asked Tony to look after me while he'd finished with some clients. Tony was polite, listened very well, never interrupted, asked good questions, knew his product, had great recall and was not pushy. He has a friendliness about him that puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable right away; what you see is what you get. Both he and Sean were able to put me into a 2012 Accord that I purchased with the parameters I wanted and needed. I was thrilled with the deal I'd gotten but most of all I was thrilled to get the car I wanted to own. I would recommend the dealership and it's staff to anyone but above all, I'd recommend Tony.
