Her knowledge and friendly manner made car searching a pleasurable experience. Once we described what we were interested in, Melissa was more than willing to do the "research" for us. She was also kind enough to forward any information concerning cars that she thought we might be interested in. We never felt "pressured" from the dealership or Melissa to buy now or lose out on a car. On the business side, Kelly Jo Hard was also a pleasure. She took the time to explain everything to us and made sure that we understood our choices before we signed anything. We have already told others about our experience and have said that we will definitely return to Hendrick Honda and seek out Melissa for our next car purchase. More

I purchased my 2003 Honda Odyssey at Hendrick Honda back in January of 2003. I have always had the car serviced there, and in fact due to the level of service that I have ALWAYS received from Tommy Vickery in January of 2003. I have always had the car serviced there, and in fact due to the level of service that I have ALWAYS received from Tommy Vickery, I traveled more than 25 miles to continue service even after my job was no longer close to the service area which had made it convenient. Throughout the years, Tommy has been honest, upfront, and reasonable with me regarding the service of my vehicle. There have been times that they recommended something that may have been recommended, but he was honest enough to tell me that it wasn't necessarily needed at that point. In the long run, he saved me money on my vehicle, and I trusted him entirely. Most recently, I have problems with the transmission while I was out of town, and Tommy went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of by directing me to another dealership that was local to my location, and followed-up with me after the fact to make sure that I was taken care of. Now that's what I call customer service! More
My husband and I went to look at cars since we totaled our only car. They were so helpful. They processed our financing and sale transaction with care. I had severe hail damage on my Acura RL. He was fantastic. It truly was a turn-key solution for me as everything was handled. They were very busy from the recent hail storms in Charlotte but he took the time to expalin everything to me. My repairs were extensive (new windshield, fenders both sides, new hood, new trunk and several hundred dents needed to be removed). I was initially skeptical about how the new paint would match up but was pleasntly surprised when I picked my car up how professional of a job Hendrick Collision completed. Justin promptly took care of a couple minor details once I took possession of the car. I highly recommed you see Justin at Hendrick Collision. More

Actually I spent a miserable full half of a day at another local dealership- nothing was organized, planned, and I was told incorrect information MULTIPLE times. To be honest, after this experience, I almost never went to Honda again, but I gave Gus and his team a call at Hendricks, and my opinion of car dealers and Honda in general did a complete 180 turn. Everything was MORE than thoroughly laid out, explained, and documented and Gus's team was incredibly responsive and clearly took care of any concerns I had. Andrew and Ryan on the sales team ensured that I was well taken care of, and the staff in general went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me. Thank you for such a great experience guys, and I would highly recommend Hendricks to anyone who is considering Honda as a vehicle option. Hendricks was a half hour from my home, and other dealerships are much closer, but their location is well worth the travels! More

Is there really a 3 days right to cancel in NC? I bought my car sunday night and went back to dealer to return after deciding I made a bad decision. They informed me I would not be able to cancel because it my car sunday night and went back to dealer to return after deciding I made a bad decision. They informed me I would not be able to cancel because it was already in process. I called the financing bank and they did not have the paperwork at all on the new loan. The dealer also was not supposed to finalize my loan until Thursday (tomorrow) because I had not brought them my down payment. They had me sign 2 contracts one for their finance company and one for the bank it was to be financed through. On Tuesday night when I went up there he said they would not be able to cancel because the contract had already been processed. He said they sent in the contract and informed the bank I had given them a down payment when in fact I have not. I feel like if there was any type of laws to protect the buyer they were just trying to stall me to keep me in the contract. The person in finance who assisted me did not go over the right to cancel or lack there of. He flew through all of the paper work even cutting me off a few times. When he asked for the down payment I said I did not have it. He said I would need it to process the loan. I said the sales rep said I could bring it on Thursday. He checked with his manager and he told me that he got permission to hold the contract(s plural because there were 2) The financing bank also told me that the dealer does in fact have the ability to recall the contract although the sales manager for this location informed me more then once they could not cancel because it was already processed. However I called the very next morning and the financing bank had no information. Please, should I have any rights to cancel my contract? Yes I signed a contract with them but the whole process was weird. The sales rep had me sign one contract that if they could meet my payment and term I could buy. The first time it did not meet my agreement. They looked for another car and the dealer hand wrote a contract for me to sign again. The dealer also had me signing papers before I even knew the terms and the rate of the loan. I mentioned that this made me uncomfortable to the dealer because I have bought a car before and always had that information before signing any contract. He got the finance rep and the finance rep verbally told me what my loan would be and they had me sign papers. When I went back in on Tuesday night and the sales manger informed me I could not return the car because it was already processed he told me there may be options for them to buy the car back however we should not talk about it that evening because I was a bit emotional (I was crying. normal conversation just crying) Please do I have any rights to cancel this contract? I do not agree with how this dealership is run AT ALL. They fly through everything WAY to fast! More
