Our experience was nothing less than wonderful! We enjoyed meeting him as well as his associates who were just as personable and friendly. We never felt pushed or hurried into making a decision. On our 2nd visit, we met Senior Sales rep., Charlie Myers and Support Mgr., Sean McLane both men instrumental in informing us about vehicle "facts" without the sales "fluff". We sealed the deal with Business, Manager, Derek Budd who answered our questions about financing and loan information. It could not have been a more pleasurable experience. My parents and I had the best car buying experience at Hendrick Honda. After talking, on the telephone, with sales consultant, Rebecca Hinson, my parents immediately noticed her high level of professiona Hendrick Honda. Because of this, we traveled over 4-hours to visit Rebecca at Hendrick Honda the following day. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the General Sales Manager, Gus Forbes, and his staff. Gus was upfront with us and did whatever he could to make us happy. Everything was upfront and there was no “hiding the ball.” There were absolutely no “hard sales” techniques, nor were there any awkward and uncomfortable moments. Throughout the whole car buying experience, we felt like we were with family. The operations at Hendrick Honda run like a well-oiled machine. All of the staff worked diligently and effectively – there were never any moments where we waited around or wasted time as someone was able to assist us at all times. They even had lunch prepared for us as we thought about our decision (we went on a Saturday)! I was quite indecisive in making my decision between a 4-door and a 2-door car, and, as I went back-and-forth numerous times, Gus, Rebecca, and Sam, another sales consultant, spent an inordinate amount of time with me and entertained all of my concerns. Although it was raining that day, they still made every effort to make sure I was fully satisfied with my decision. Our finance consultant was Tony Hansford, who also aided in making this experience as easy and painless as possible. He offered us great deals on car service packages and explained everything in great depth! I, absolutely and honestly, recommend Hendrick Honda for all of your car buying needs! More

Of all the vehicles I have owned, Honda has held its value the best and has been the most dependable car for my growing family. My most recent purchase was with Manny Dasilva and sales manager Sean Mclane(I have known for years). I returned to this dealership not only because it is modern and clean, but because of the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff(sales,finance,parts,service). Manny was there from the start to the finish of the deal able to answer all my questions(I suggest you ask for him when you walk in) and Sean Mclane; well, you have to meet him in person because he makes the car buying experience complete. I am happy to call both of them friends and suggest if you are thinking of buying a new car Hendrick Honda is the place to go! I worked with Hendrick Collision and Darron McCullough on two separate occassions for the repairs to my Lexus LS430, once the result of hitting a deer, the other a collision. In both instances, Darron provided excellent communication throughout the repair process updating me as to the progress being made and when I could expect delivery of my car. Quality of their work was excellent in both instances. Had need for follow-up to touch up a small area that had been missed with a section of the car that had been painted. Darron made arrangements to have my car picked up at my office and returned within about a 3 hour period, with the area that needed attention being addressed to my absolute satisfaction.
