He is definitely the Best sales person around( he has a lot of knowledge about cars, very helpful, nice & has a great personality). I shopped around at honda in Gastonia before I was recommended by a friend to go see Chris Robinson but they were not as helpful. I would have to say I'm very glad that I was referred to Chris Robinson because he made my experience fun, very easy and stress free. I'm happy to say I LOVE my new Honda Accord Sport . DON'T waste your money shopping here! I wasn't going to leave a bad review, even after they gave me such a difficult time purchasing the vehicle I wanted but, now I have no choice. After my less then horrible purchasing experience and having my vehicle so called, "detailed" with tint solution, dead bugs, and leaves in the back seat of my vehicle and under the hood. It turns out the vehicle is also a piece of trash! I'm glad I didn't pay what they were asking initially. That "its a honda" garbage all these commercials and dealers are constantly saying means nothing when the window on the vehicle doesn't even work properly. And before you say, maybe it was the previous owner, there was none. I'm the first owner, which means honda build garbage right off the assembly line. The glove box doesn't even have a light in it and its a touring model, thier so called top trim level (no power passenger seat either, real quality). But enough with the garbage that they sold me, let talk about this great customer service. The vehicle is still under warranty and I already drive 87 miles back to the dealership to fix the window. When I get there, the lady that took my keys to service the window asks me, "do we have the part." I don't work there, how am I suppose to know. Then when they finished "diagnosing" the problem, I was told that the part was overnighted and I would get a call the next day to reschedule the repair. Yeah, that was Monday and its Thursday now and still haven't heard anything about the parts or my window being fixed. I wonder if a broken window and a glitchy navigation system could be considered under the lemon law because, I seriously ready to get out of this car if, Honda, can't even get the electrical right on a window. More

Good experience We took the 2011 pilot in for an oil change. They discovered leak in the rack and pinion. We paid the $2k to repair it. We get the car back and now the radio does not work. We take it back to get repaired. An hour and half later, they want another $550. Dennis says its unrelated. There were no problems with the radio prior to the repair. I have to take to another shop for 2nd opinion. We'll see.... I did not take to another shop because Jason called me a few hours ago from the Hendrick service dept. He asked if I could bring the pilot back so his Shop Mgr could inspect. They immediately brought the car back into the shop. They took apart the steering column and discovered a possible aftermarket steering cable reel. They took me back to the shop to show me the differences between OEM part and what they think was an aftermarket part. They asked if car had ever been in an accident where airbag deployed. No. They looked at a car fax report because we purchased the Pilot with about 8k miles from another competitor. There were no accidents reported. its possible the part was replaced without an accident. They suggested calling insurance and running a check on the vehicle because not all shops report every accident. I replaced a rack and pinion on a Jeep Cherokee earlier this year at another dealer. Same year as the Pilot, similar (80K)mileage, similar cost. The difference was the service. The other dealer experience was painful. Hendrick Honda repaired correctly the first time then went beyond to identify and fix the steering reel/radio problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks to Jason Carlson and his team for going the extra distance to get car operating like new. More
