Hendrick Honda Collision Center (Darron McCollough) was great! I am not a resident of Charlotte, NC, however, my daughter attends school in the area and unfortunately had a car accident. I was very uncomfortable with dealing with the car repairs in a long distance manner, but Darron made the process very comfortable to deal with. He was always professional and did whatever it took to make me feel comfortable. At my request, he even provided before & after pictures as validation of the work performed. On a DAILY basis, he kept me and my insurance provider apprised of my car's progression. My daughter now has her car back and says it feels like a brand new car! I have to be honest I absolutely hated having to go step foot on a car lot for a new car. So when I went my attitude was probably not the best.
