I used the Costco Auto Program and was referred to this dealership. My husband and I did look at some other dealerships, since we do not live in Charlotte. We called around to all the honda dealers within a hour and a half of the Charlotte area to get a price to replace our 2007 Pilot that was wrecked. Of all the dealers that we talked to Manny at Hendrick was the quickest to respond with a "rock bottom out the door price" Other dealers wasted the entire day trying to get us a price and gave lame excuses about how busy they are and making it sound like the GM has to give price approval for a car. Luck would have it that the price that Manny gave us was also the lowest by $600 over any other dealer, and one even called me while on a test drive with Manny (3 hours later than they said they would call back) and then wanted me to wait while he tracked down a Manager to see if they could match or beat the price. Too little too late. Overall it was nice to just go in and drive a car mull over the color and the few options that we potentialy wanted and do the paperwork and drive out. The only complaint would be the time to do the paperwork but I know from experience that is the same at any dealer. I will go back to replace the civic when it dies for sure. More

I don't think I have never had as good of an experience purchasing a vehicle as I did with Andrew and Hendrick Honda. And I cant forget about Mr. Gus Forbes. Mr. Forbes is the General Sales Manager. He is a very genuine man and a straight shooter. I looked at several dealerships before finding Hendrik Honda and there was not one that had a General Manager that was willing to take time to talk with me and my family. Mr. Forbes did.
