As an older couple with multiple residences, we thought we had our transportation situation set everywhere. However, due to an accident by you can guess who, we needed an airport car. That just means a reliable vehicle that will take us back and forth to the airport to work. We decided with rising gas prices, we wanted one of the smaller cars that were advertising great mileage. We love Hondas, the wrecked car being a '95 Accord and we also own an S2000. Obviously, we love small cars so size was not a problem. We wanted inexpensive so we figured the Honda Fit was out. We checked Ford, Hyundai, Mazda, and Fiat for price and ride. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the Honda Fit was extremely competitive price wise and no one can doubt the quality of Honda. Ryan Narus was our salesperson and we have never had better service. We are sommetimes wary of younger salespeople, but he was extraordinary. He has owned a Honda Fit for three years so he, of course, loves the vehicle. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very personable. We would deal with no one else if we had the need to purchase another vehicle. And Shawn McLane was the perfect support as, I think, sales manager. We wanted a 5-speed and of course, these days most are automatic. Not only did they find the white straight shift we wanted in Georgia, they transferred it by truck delivering it in 4 days with only 7 miles on it. The only issue we had was with the administrative fee which is charged, however that seems to be par for the course in the Charlotte area. We don't know if this is the case all over the state, however, once we found out Hendrick's, not Honda, offers a lifetime powertrain warranty, we felt the blow was softened. Great does not describe our experience. It was much better than that. How many times can you say buying a car is actually a fun experience these days? We expect the service from this dealership to be just as stellar, and once again, kudos to Ryan!!! More
