We were greeted by Dennis Lee with a very positive response to our need of a new car. He encouraged us that we could find what we were looking for and that he would help us to do that. Also, Sean McLane gave us a great deal for the "buck" and worked with us all the way to fulfill our needs and budget. Joseph Gamati made sure we understood all the special deals for our car and helped us to make wise decisions for the length of our financing and beyond. Charles Beard was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding our financing and paperwork needed that everything went really well. All of these guys worked together to make a very positive experience in buying our new Honda Civic. We highly recommend them and the whole dealership! More
I would never recommend hendrick honda to anybody ever, I should have trusted online reviews and gone to crown honda instead. I have always had excellent experiences at Hendrick Honda. Brent Bell is a very attentive sales rep who listens to his clients. I have been treated well by all depts. Both he and Brent Bell worked with Stephen Fairly the Service rep. to make sure my wishes were met in preparation of my new Pilot. I will definately continue to be a loyal client of Hendrick Honda. I was very pleased with my sales person. Richard was very pleasant and not aggressive with me to make a decision right away. He was very patient and understood my needs and what I was looking for. During the test drive he made me feel comfortable and we were able to talk not just about the vehicle, but just general converstation. I felt like I had known him for years and we were catching up on how our families are doing. Working in customer care and service for over 28 years, I find it very important to build a good rapport with your customer, and Richard met my expectations. I live about 60 miles from the dealership, and I was very impressed that Richard called me the next day to see how my ride home was in my new car, and also asked what my daughter and other family members thought.
