I’ve been a loyal Honda customer for the past 7 years, starting with my first purchase—a 2018 Honda Civic—from the Hickory location. My Civic has been incredibly reliable, which made my decision to stick with Honda an easy one. Fast forward to now, I’m expecting another baby and needed a larger vehicle. Because of my great experiences in the past, I knew I wanted another Honda. I found a 2021 Honda Pilot at the Hendrick Honda location in Charlotte and decided to make the drive to check it out. When I arrived, I was greeted by Colby, who made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She had the vehicle ready, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. She also worked with me to stay within my budget, which I really appreciated. Even though this was my first time at this specific location, I felt confident going in because of the consistently great service I’ve received from Hendrick Honda over the years—and they absolutely delivered again.
