Mr. McCullough is the consummate professional. He is extraordinary courteous and respectful. While speaking with you, he gives you his undivided attention to the point that you feel that your car is th extraordinary courteous and respectful. Mr. McCullough keeps you apprised of the progress of the repairs on your car on a regular basis. He successfully negotiated an increase in the dollar amount for the car repair due to his excellent working relationship with my car insurance company. Finally, and most importantly, the repairs performed not only met but exceeded my expectations. Given the warranty on the repairs, and the opportunity to interact with Mr. MuCullough in the future if necessary, I don't know why anyone would choose to have their car repaired anywhere else. More

The amount of time this job took was considerably longer than Mr. McCullough had planned because he became ill during the time. When he returned to work, he assured me that the job would be finished under his supervision in a short time, but that he wanted me to be happy with the results. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle looked great, and to cover any extra expense I had incurred because of the extended time. Unfortunately the last year has been extremely difficult, financially, so it was necessary for me to downgrade vehicles.
