I moved to Charlotte from upstate NY and have always been worried about finding another dealership with the same kind people as back home. Thankfully, my experience so far with Hendrick Honda has been great. My car was unfortunately broken into with an attempted hot wire attempt. I had no idea where to bring it, and my Geico insurance person recommended this place. I called them, and everyone (especially Jessica and John) I've spoken to so far has been extremely nice and responsive. I appreciate their communication, especially after such a scary event with my car getting broken into. I have not received my car yet, but I have high hopes for the results. I will be sure to post an updated review once I get my car back, but so far I have to rate their communication and kindness 5 stars! More
