Bought a new 2020 Honda Accord, dealership took till 8pm to clean the car, after getting home, we lowered the rear cup holder and found molded food and dried soft drink spilled all over it, the dealership w to clean the car, after getting home, we lowered the rear cup holder and found molded food and dried soft drink spilled all over it, the dealership wanted us to drive back, 40 minutes away so we could wait another few hours for them to do what they should on done in the first place. Minor oil pan replacement caused other issues my wife took our CRV for oil change. Somehow they find very minor seam on the oil pan and convinced my wife to replace it. Less than two weeks after t my wife took our CRV for oil change. Somehow they find very minor seam on the oil pan and convinced my wife to replace it. Less than two weeks after the replacement, oil leak sign start to show up. When my wife took the CRV back for fix, the dealer claimed it is bad sensor and is not their fault at all and need to charge us $200. this is not the first time it happens. Everytime there is a maintenance fix, it always come with additional problem to fix. Therefore, I do not recommend this dealer: their technician does not know how to do a good job. When the job caused a separate issue, they always claim it is not their fault, but wear and tear and will charge you additional to fix. More
