Great customer service. I have used Hendrick for service on a Honda Odyssey and I just recently purchased a Honda Civic there for my teens. Carlos was the staff salesperson that greeted us as soon as we dro on a Honda Odyssey and I just recently purchased a Honda Civic there for my teens. Carlos was the staff salesperson that greeted us as soon as we drove onto the lot. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and made sure the other members of the Hendrick team were engaged at the right time. When we paid for the vehicle in finance, the paperwork for the car/DMV was handled electronically and given to me on a USB drive. Made the process really fast and the use of technology was right down my alley, I did not have to photo/scan and then upload to my cloud storage. So for customer service, car selection and use of technology this dealership is winning. I will be back. More
