Express lane was open, drove in, Andrea checked the tires and problem light and checked me in and said could have me out in about 1-1/2 hrs. During my wait in the well-appointed waiting area, Andrea and one other person from Service kept me up to date on status of repair. Repair took a little longer than estimated, but going to a place where they know you and treat you like a valued customer is well worth it. And the price was right! More
